Operational Software
Purpose-built job, order, workflow, portal, dashboard and mobile systems shaped around how the business actually operates.
Explore operational softwareIsoft is an Auckland-based operational software, workflow automation and systems integration company. We help businesses reduce manual work, connect disconnected systems and improve visibility across daily operations.

Isoft was established after seeing the same pattern across growing businesses: important work spread between disconnected applications, spreadsheets, emails and manual hand-offs.
Teams were not necessarily missing technology. They were missing a reliable flow between quoting, orders, jobs, people, operational activity and invoicing.
That is why we do not begin by recommending a particular platform. We begin with the costly bottleneck, understand the business impact and determine whether the right answer is to improve, connect or build.
Our work sits where information, jobs, orders and people need to move reliably.

We narrow the problem before expanding the technology.
Map the workflow, people, systems, hand-offs and business impact.
Assess whether existing systems can be connected or improved first.
Start with the highest-value workflow, test it and expand with evidence.
Maintain clear ownership and improve the system as operations change.
We measure success by operational impact—not the number of features delivered.
