Aura Apparel (fictional name) is a fast-growing Auckland-based fashion retailer known for sustainable clothing. While they had a strong physical presence, their online store was outdated, slow, and not mobile-friendly.

The Challenge

The client was experiencing a high bounce rate and cart abandonment, particularly on mobile devices which accounted for 70% of their traffic.
